Sewer Rate

• As of July 15, 2023, $55.00 a month for 5,000 gallons and $11.00 for each 1,000 gallons over the allotted 5,000.  Sewage is billed monthly.  

Water Rate

• As of July 15, 2023, $55.00 a month for 5,000 gallons and $11.00 for each 1,000 gallons over the allotted 5,000.  Water is billed monthly.    

Domestic Bill Total

• With no overages, the water and sewer bill monthly is $110.00.

Other Fees

• Shut off or Turn on at customers request is $10.00 each time, during regular business hours. 
• Shut off or Turn on for non-payment is $50.00 each time, during regular business hours
• There is a $75 fee for after hour call outs
• There is a $50 returned payment fee
• Proper care of the meter is the responsibility of the customer.  There is a $300 fee to replace a meter damaged from freezing 

• Hydrant Rent is $50.00 per Hydrant once a year
